Job summary

CoreCivic is hiring a Case Manager for an institutional, secure setting where public service and inmate care are central to daily operations. The position offers $26.56 per hour with fulltime hours and a focus on intake, casework, and transition planning.

You will prepare reports, coordinate programs, and serve as the contact in the Unit Manager's absence, supporting residents' health and social development through structured services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in case management preferred; additional criminal justice experience may substitute for education.
• Must communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake: collect, organize, and analyze information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life to inmates/residents.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and develop case presentations on assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate appropriate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition preparation.
• Serve as point of contact in absence of the Unit Manager, when applicable.
