Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business seeks a First- and Second-Year Career Coach to guide undergraduates in early career exploration and development. You will provide coaching, resume reviews, mock interviews, group sessions, and workshops to help students align career paths with their strengths and interests.

This role involves designing foundational career programming, partnering with faculty and employer relations, and coordinating events within a hybrid on-campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of business industry experience or staffing/recruiting experience.
• Passion for coaching and supporting college students.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience developing and tracking metrics to gauge student progress in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and one-on-one coaching for Leeds undergraduate students.
• Assist students with identifying career opportunities aligned to their strengths.
• Deliver resume critiques and interview preparation.
• Design and deliver foundational career programming with faculty and partners.
• Plan and execute career events and workshops.
• Collaborate with employer relations to support on-campus recruiting.
