Aoka in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX is seeking a certified Building Inspector to oversee construction projects, verify compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards, and guide contractors through inspection processes.

With at least 2 years of experience and ICC certifications (and the Texas TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License), you will review documents, maintain records, and help advance toward senior roles while enjoying competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections.
Current ICC certifications; Texas TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License in Texas.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards
Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities

Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance
