Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI) seeks a full-time bilingual Regional Child Placement Coordinator in the Portland–Woodburn area. You will provide case management, counseling, and foster home support to ensure sustainable placements for foster children and families.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field, with experience in child care. A strong driving record and Spanish bilingual ability are essential; we offer a competitive hourly salary and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field with two years’ experience in care/treatment of children and youth; or Master’s degree with relevant focus and at least one year of experience.
• Strong communication skills to present, recommend, and listen at a high functioning level.
• Flexible and able to multi-task in time-sensitive and changing situations.
• Solid planning and organizational skills with ability to follow through.
• Positive attitude and proactive problem solving.
• Tech Savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Maintain a good driving record and required vehicle insurance.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are required.

Responsibilities

• Case Management – support foster children and families; document on time and provide 24-hour crisis response in rotation.
• Certification – verify safe, therapeutic environments; conduct home visits and maintain recertification schedules.
• Collaboration – coordinate services with agencies and represent GOBHI at community meetings.
