Job summary

Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. is hiring a full-time bilingual (Spanish) Regional Child Placement Coordinator to support foster children and foster parents through case management, counseling, and home-based support in the Portland to Woodburn, Oregon area.

Essential duties include case management, home certification and collaboration with partners to ensure safe, therapeutic environments for children in care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• Master’s degree with major study in social work or related field (preferred).
• Two years’ experience in care and treatment of children/youth or one year with Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Case management and 24-hour crisis response in rotation.
• Certify foster homes; conduct home visits and recertification.
• Coordinate services with agencies and participate in community meetings.
