GOBHI is hiring a bilingual (Spanish) Regional Child Placement Coordinator in the Portland to Woodburn, Oregon area. You will provide case management, counseling, and foster home support to ensure placements meet safety and therapeutic needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's (or Master's) in social work or related field with relevant experience and strong communication. A valid driver's license and tech proficiency are expected. Competitive benefits and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field with two years' experience in care of children/youth, or Master's with one year experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required and essential for liaison with families and partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, counseling, and foster home support for foster children and parents.
• Coordinate services with agencies and participate in family teams to support each child.
• Maintain documentation on timelines and ensure compliance with Oregon rules and regulations.
