Job summary

Living Innovations Support Services Llc seeks a Behavioral Support Clinical Specialist to transform lives through compassionate, person-centered strategies. You will empower individuals to build independence and thrive while supporting teams and families in a holistic care approach.

Qualifications include licensure pathways such as LCSW/LCPC and related credentials, with a focus on ethical, safe practices. Travel between regional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience applying functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and translating results into actionable plans.
• Ability to observe, analyze, and adapt behavioral strategies for individuals in care.
• Capacity to train and mentor care teams on Positive Support Plans and related procedures.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and safeguarding in behavioral support services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations and FBAs to inform Positive Support Plans.
• Train and mentor direct care teams on complex cases (20–40).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, speech pathologists, guardians, and families.
• Review plans to maintain safety, ethics, and compliance.
• Lead specialized support groups to foster connection among clients.
