Person Driven Clinical Solutions is seeking a compassionate Behavior Support Specialist to provide person-centered behavioral support across the Philadelphia area. You will conduct assessments, develop BSP/RPP plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to improve quality of life.

The role emphasizes trauma-responsive practices, accurate data collection, and ongoing training of staff, with a focus on protecting human rights and promoting independence for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required; master's preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of person-centered and positive behavioral support practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluation and assessments for BSP/RPP needs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform plans.
• Develop and revise BSP/RPP with the team and family.
• Train and mentor staff on BSP/RPP implementation.
• Ensure documentation and data tracking are accurate and up to date.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings and annual/quarterly reviews.
