Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to work in coordination with interdisciplinary teams in the Inpatient department. This role involves providing evidence-based clinical services including individual, group and family therapy, while conducting comprehensive assessments and establishing care plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in social work or a related field and have experience in healthcare settings, preferably dealing with mental health and chemical dependency. Join us in making a difference.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Current Connecticut LMSW, LPC‑A, LMFT‑A, or CADC.

Responsabilités

• Conducts comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and care plans.
• Provides direct patient care including case management and counseling.
• Maintains patient-centered documentation in accordance with requirements.
