Job summary

Alongside ABA in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children thrive through one-on-one ABA therapy. Under supervision, you’ll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Pay is $22-$27 per hour, with paid training, 401(k) match, paid drive time, growth opportunities and flexible scheduling (both full-time and part-time options).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences.
• Under the guidance of a BCBA, follow individualized treatment plans and collect data.
• Help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
