Job summary

Momentum Behavior Services in Hermosa Beach, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, or school settings. No experience required—we’ll train and support certification, including RBT preparation.

Shifts include full-time or part-time with daytime hours; pay ranges from $23 to $27 per hour, based on experience and certification.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we’ll help you get certified.
• RBTs welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or interest in behavioral health, education, psychology, or childcare preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA strategies such as teaching new skills and promoting independence.
• Collect and track progress data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team to celebrate progress and resolve challenges.
• Continue training and professional development.
