Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and compassion. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test
• Ability to pass background check and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
