Apex ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team and help children with ASD develop life skills through evidence-based ABA therapy. You will work directly with individuals, implement behavior plans, and track progress with families and a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires RBT certification or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong data collection skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in process; relevant behavioral health experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience collecting data and documenting progress.
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavior management plans.
• Develop and use individualized care plans.
• Provide direct behavioral health services to individuals with ASD.
• Document progress and ensure HIPAA compliance.
