Job summary

Thebaca is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.

No prior experience is required—paid training provided. Eligible candidates may receive a $750 sign-on bonus if they hold an active RBT certification. Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Active RBT certification is a plus and may qualify for bonuses.
