Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Consultant to design and direct individualized behavioral plans for children and adolescents within the CASSP framework. The role supports families and communities, with emphasis on collaborative team care and continuity of services.

As an Independent Contractor, you may provide services in the community across NEPA counties, with sign-on incentives and flexible scheduling. Training and on-boarding are required.

Qualifications

• Mental Health Master’s Degree with certification in ABA or other behavioral management.
• Alternative degree with 12 credits in behavior management and 1 year supervised treatment experience.
• 1 year experience with behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs implementation of individualized behavioral plans.
• Collaborates with treatment teams to apply plans in family settings.
• Maintains written documentation and clinical records of progress.
• Travels to site visits and provides coverage in emergencies.

Education

Mental Health Master’s Degree with ABA certification
