Job summary

Devereux Pocono Center is seeking a Behavior Consultant to design and implement individualized behavioral plans for children and adolescents. The role provides community-based services across NEPA and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure least-restrictive, effective care.

As an independent contractor, you will handle documentation, billing support, and travel to sites for assessments and ISPT meetings.

Qualifications

• Mental Health Master’s Degree with ABA certification or equivalent.
• Other degree with 12 behavior management credits and clinical supervision.
• Experience with behavioral interventions and children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs individualized behavioral intervention plans.
• Collaborates with the treatment team to implement plans.
• Sets goals and monitors progress for child/adolescent.
• Maintains clinical records and documentation.
• Travels for site visits and emergencies as needed.
