Job summary

Total Spectrum is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians practice assent-based, person-centered care and partner with families to support learning and independence.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available. As a BCBA, you will supervise teams, mentor technicians, write reports, and collaborate with specialists to ensure effective programming.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification required (or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months).
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provides continuous program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
