Job summary

Butterfly Effects seeks a BCBA to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with ASD in Sugar Land, TX. You will supervise 1:1 treatment, conduct assessments, and collaborate with RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing professional development, conference assistance for full-time staff, and a flexible field-based schedule. A Master's in ABA and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA certification by the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBAs with less experience will be enrolled in mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct 1:1 treatment, developing individualized goals/objectives.
• Conduct behavior assessments and data-based decision making.
• Individualize client treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Manage RBTs/BTs and supervise field staff.
• Conduct monthly caregiver training and caregiver engagement.
