Job summary

Achieving True Self is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts and individuals pursuing BCBA certification to join our Pennsylvania team. You will provide evidence-based ABA services, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification or actively pursuing certification.
• LBS licensure in Pennsylvania or pursuing licensure.
• Interest in mentoring and developing new talent.
• Evening availability 2–3 days a week preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of car insurance and a clean driving record.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based ABA treatment plans and assessments.
• Supervise and train RBTs, BCBA supervisees, and BHTs.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment at home.
• Collect and analyze treatment data; document progress.
• Foster engaging, meaningful learning experiences for clients.
