Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs. You will work with families and teams to deliver high-quality, ethical services across home, school and community settings.

You’ll supervise staff, mentor students, and ensure data-driven progress while maintaining work-life balance with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Create PBS-based systems to meet needs and produce lasting quality of life changes.
• Develop an organization that attracts competent professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in various settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
