Job summary

Trinity University’s College Advising Corps is seeking a full-time College Advisor for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position involves providing one-on-one admissions and financial aid advice to students, organizing events to promote college applications, and fostering relationships with local high schools.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, experience in a similar advisory role, and strong communication skills. A monthly housing stipend and an Education Award upon completion of service hours are included.

Qualifications

• Must have personal transportation to the school site and related events.
• Experience working in a high-school environment in a similar advisory role.
• Will live within the service area and be actively involved in the SanAntonio community.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one admissions and financial aid advice to students or families seeking assistance.
• Organize group events that encourage students and their families to consider colleges.
• Establish productive working relationships with school personnel.
