Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Must hold a Washington State Teaching Certificate and meet state criteria.
• Ability to relate well with students, parents, and peers; strong classroom control.
• Willingness to collaborate with district and building teams to develop curriculum.
• Motivate students creatively and be professionally presented.

Responsibilities

• Work with identified struggling students in small groups during reading/math practice or tutorials.
• Participate in all training related to program components.
• Assist in administering pre- and post-assessments as appropriate.
• Collaborate with 21st Century specialists and site supervisor to implement programming.
