Job summary

Immigration and Customs Enforcement is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) for a non-supervisory O-3 to O-5 billet. The role covers detainee health care, including evaluations, minor procedures, and medication management, under IHSC policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct detainee care, including evaluations, minor procedures, and medication prescriptions.
• Reports to Supervisory APP; when no Supervisory APP on-site, reports to facility Clinical Director.
• Performs comprehensive history and physical evaluations, behavioral health care, and minor outpatient surgical procedures.
• Coordinates health care needs of detainees including referrals to off-site consultants; responds to TB management and DOT requirements.
• Attends meetings regionally and nationally; may serve as Acting Senior Supervisory APP or Acting Regional APP.
