In this position you will perform administrative duties for assigned caseloads, assist counselors with caseload management, and help move cases through the rehabilitation process, including organizing files and referrals to service providers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or High School diploma with two years of clerical experience.
• Knowledge of grammatical rules, clerical formats and/or journalistic principles.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative duties for assigned caseloads.
• Assist counselors with caseload management to ensure timely service delivery.
• Move cases through the rehabilitation process by organizing case files.
• Assemble and organize case files.
• Request all pertinent case information.
• Complete referrals to internal and external service providers.
• Assist counselors with maintaining regular contact with consumers.
• Schedule appointments requested by consumers and new referrals.
