Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest in Spokane, WA is seeking a Workforce & Family Services support role under Homeless Services grant programs. You will serve as the first point of contact for homeless inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include monthly reconciliations with WFS accounting records, reporting, data entry, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide information regarding eligibility and program services for WFS programs to both phone and face-to-face inquiries.
• Operate office equipment and use computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other applications.
• Greet and direct visitors/participants and inquiries to staff.
• Review participant records in electronic case management database for monthly QA per pre-determined procedure.
• Attend trainings, including de-escalation, diversion, and rapid resolution techniques.
• Prepare monthly and YTD summary report of staff billable revenue.
