Royal Health invites you to join as an Activities Assistant to support resident-centered care across long-term, sub-acute, and memory care units. You will work with the Activities Director to enhance intellectual, emotional, and spiritual activities for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia patients is a plus.
• Must maintain regular attendance and good communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee, resident, and company information.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director in enhancing resident interests with activities.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate activity programs.
• Develop monthly activity calendar and written plans of care.
• Assist with scheduling programs, parties, and games/activities.
• Encourage participation in activities of daily living to stimulate residents.
