Qualifications

• Experience or training in memory care activities or senior care preferred.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging activities for residents.
• Compassionate and patient with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement activity plans to promote physical, social, and mental well‑being.
• Assist with meals and help residents participate in dining activities.
• Transport residents to and from activities and monitor participation.
• Observe and track residents' engagement and progress.
