Job summary

The Stupski Foundation is seeking an Accounting and Grants Associate to support financial, grants, and operations. Reporting to the Controller, you will handle accounts payable, general ledger, investment tracking, and grants processing.

Ideal candidates have accounting knowledge, experience with QuickBooks and Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar grant databases. A collaborative, organized, and learning-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Experience in grants administration preferred.
• Salesforce or other grantmaking database experience preferred.
• Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable including processing invoices and keeping files.
• Review credit card statements and allocate charges in QuickBooks.
• Monitor investment communications and record in general ledger.
• Reconcile monthly banking and investment statements.
• Process grants and maintain grant records in Salesforce/FoundationConnect.
