Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a Registered Behavior Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations across Kansas. You will implement skill-building plans and support families through progress data.

No prior experience is required and full training is provided. Positions start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours, and you must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
