Heartland ABA is seeking part-time ABA support staff to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings in Kansas. You will implement behavior plans and record progress as part of a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
