Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as in-home ABA providers. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings, following evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors.

Entry is welcomed; full training is provided. Candidates should be reliable with transportation and able to work part-time hours, including afternoons or evenings, to support families in need.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
