Job summary

aba360 in Hackensack, NJ is seeking entry-level ABA professionals to support children with autism in home and community settings. This part-time, on-site role offers flexible hours and immediate opportunities to learn and grow within a compassionate clinical team.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, collect data, and collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment outcomes. No prior experience is required, and training is provided to help you start making a difference

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to home or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
