Job summary

aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients’ homes or community settings in New Jersey. This entry-level role offers part-time opportunities and a path into psychology, with support from a dedicated clinical team.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You will help develop independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions and work flexible hours that fit student schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using provided devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Coordinate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
