Job summary

ABA360 provides in-home ABA services to children with Autism across New Jersey. We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our clinical team in part-time roles, with afternoon or evening hours available.

No prior experience required, training provided, and opportunity to gain real-world experience in psychology and behavior analysis. Responsibilities include one-on-one client support, data collection, collaborating with families, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support clinical team with implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
