Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking tutors to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience required; training will be provided to support children with Autism in achieving independent skills and positive behaviors.

Role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling, ideal for students or those seeking entry into psychology or education fields. The position emphasizes hands-on experience and interaction with families in a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
