Job summary

ABA 360 seeks individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior. No prior experience required; great entry point into psychology and special education fields.

Positions start part-time with opportunities to advance, and training is provided to develop skills in Applied Behavior Analysis. This role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours in a supportive clinical team focused on outcomes for children with Autism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
