Job summary

aba360 is seeking entry-level ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience is required, and roles commonly offer part-time hours with opportunities to learn and grow in the ABA field.

You will work closely with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans, document progress, and support families in applying interventions in daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
