Job summary

ABA 360 in Egg Harbor City, NJ seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community sites. No experience required; part-time positions with afternoon or evening hours, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data, collaborating with families, and supporting independence. Encouraged to take the 40-hour RBT course; minimum 6 month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
