Job summary

ABA 360 in New Jersey seeks enthusiastic individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Part-time roles with flexible afternoon/evening hours help children with Autism develop independence and positive behavior, under supervision of our clinical team.

No prior experience required; we train and support growth in a rewarding field, offering opportunities to advance as you gain skills and certifications, including RBT pathways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
