Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We offer supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow in your ABA career.

Our programs include Fellowship and Early Mentoring to support BCBA certification, with ongoing training and structured onboarding to foster professional development and growth within ABA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment
