Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and use DTT and NET teaching strategies in daily sessions.

This role offers structured onboarding, ongoing training, opportunities for Fellowship and Early Mentoring toward BCBA certification, tuition discounts, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative, supportive work culture in Lowell.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
