Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Virginia. You will deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under BCBA supervision, working 1:1 with clients across centers, homes, schools, and other locations.

Competenze

• 1–2 years experience working with children preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background check.
• Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team.

Mansioni

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients.
• Work with supervising BCBA to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to improve treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as needed.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
