A leading ABA therapy provider is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement support plans for individuals with Autism in Dixon, IL. This full-time position requires effective communication skills, a high school diploma, and experience with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA services, teaching skills, and collaborating with the clinical team to enhance client care. Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Current and valid RBT certification preferred, not required.
• Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized support plans under the guidance of the Behavior Analyst.
• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Teach skill acquisition and assist with individualized goals.
