AWARE is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in Great Falls, MT. This full-time position starts at $19.00 to $23.59 per hour and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE is required.
• Montana Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
• Acceptable criminal and protective services background check.

Responsibilities

• Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.
• Increases the frequency or duration of safe replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers.
• Accurately collects behavior data including A-B-C, frequency, duration, latency, and event-based recording.
• Follows the treatment plan goals and utilizes sound judgment with appropriate consultation.
• Collaborates with family and treatment team to provide effective treatment without disruption.
• Educates involved parties about ABA-based interventions and the RBT role.
