heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) professionals to join our ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one services to children, implement evidence-based interventions, and work closely with a clinical team to support client goals.

Positions start part-time with flexible scheduling and same-day pay. Training is provided, and we offer opportunities for growth within a supportive, mission-driven organization serving families in the community.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
