Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in home or community settings.

Positions start as part-time with a 6-month commitment. We provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance within the ABA field. Earn same-day pay after clocking in, with competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
