Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

Ideal candidates hold or are willing to obtain RBT certification, have a HS diploma, and can travel locally with reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• HS diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to support client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
