Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned ABA agency in New Jersey, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver individualized services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

You will implement evidence-based ABA programs one-on-one, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA therapists, speech and occupational therapists to support skill development and real-world independence.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Detail-oriented and motivated to make a difference in clients' lives.
• Able to work collaboratively with BCBA therapists and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based ABA plans one-on-one with clients.
• Record and maintain accurate client data for progress tracking.
• Collaborate with BCBA, speech, and OT teams for integrated services.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to families.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
