Imagination ABA Therapy in Clinton, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) - ABA Therapist to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents under supervision of licensed behavior analysts. Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under supervision of licensed behavior analysts.
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children and adolescents.
Monitor and record client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Participate in team meetings and staff training sessions to maintain current knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive approach.
