Qualifications

• Able to pass DOJ/FBI background check + TB test.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• ABA experience, while not required, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill development programs.
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow written plans

Basic math for tracking behavior data

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Education

High school diploma or GED

RBT certification
